BenQ announced the first Android tablet BenQ Global Distributors Meeting in Taiwan. 

This tablet next BenQ has been invited as nReader R100. R100 nReader BenQ is to cool the data and features. 

NReader R100 667 BenQ with Samsung's ARM-based processor, a 10.1-inch display with a resolution of 1024 x 600, 4GB flash memory, SD / SDHC / SDXC card slot, 3G, WiFi, HDMI port, and works of battery for 12 hours.
