Redskins QB McNabb will miss Jets game

Washington Redskins quarter, McNabb will miss the game against the New York Jets August 27 McNabb did not participate in team training after the Redskins loss to the Baltimore Ravens.

It is quite wrong,Washington Redskins coach Mike Shanahan said, and I do not think he could go if it was a part of the regular season. He went to rehabilitation. However, McNabb is working hard on the treadmill to recover from injury.

McNabb completed 16 of 34 passes for 264 yards and one touchdown and one interception in the last two preseason games. Rex Grossman will play in place of McNabb against the New York Jets.

Redskins coach Mike Shanahan has injury concerns full-back Mike Sellers as he suffers from left knee and is doubtful for the game against the New York Jets. Mike Sellers was injured in their fight against the Baltimore Ravens.
