Shettles and O + 12 Method, Which One is Better?

The method was first popularized in the 1960s and published as a book by dr. Landrum B. Shettles. But, is really this method effective? In fact, there is a method introduced by a mother who has repeatedly failed to use SM for conceiving a girl, the method is known as the O+12.
